Shipping & Delivery
We aim to provide a fast, secure, and reliable delivery service. We know you’re excited to receive your new hydration partner, so we work with trusted courier partners to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
We use our trusted courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and reliably.

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Express Shipping: Orders are prioritised for faster dispatch, often within 1 business day.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) on Fridays or during the weekend are generally processed for dispatch by the following Monday.

Peak Periods: During high-volume events like Black Friday or Christmas, Amazon's processing times may extend slightly.
2. Domestic Shipping (UK)
Your order will be fulfilled by one of our partner carriers (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail, Evri or Amazon Logistics).
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to go live once the email is received.
5. Delivery Issues & Late Parcels
While our fulfillment network is highly efficient, delays can occur.

Late Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us.

Lost Parcels: A parcel is officially considered lost after 14 business days from dispatch. Once courier team confirms the loss, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
6. Damaged in Transit
Our bottles are built to be durable, but if your item arrives damaged:

Action Required: Inspect your delivery immediately. If damaged, please take a clear photo of the bottle and the packaging and email us at info@thewaterbottlestore.co.uk within 24 hours.

Refusing Delivery: If your are not satisfied with the external packaging upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us. We will then process the full refund for you.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Shipments

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is sent to our system, we have a very narrow window to make changes.

Undeliverable/Refused: If a parcel is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect address or being "unclaimed," we will refund the order minus the original shipping and any return fees incurred.
