  • Order Acceptance: A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where products are out of stock or pricing errors occur.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Accuracy: We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices are correct. If an error is identified, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
  • VAT and Taxes: All prices including delivery charges include VAT where applicable which may be added at checkout.

  • Risk and Ownership: Once your order is delivered, the risk for the items becomes yours. However, legal ownership only passes to you once the full payment is processed. For orders placed via installment plans (Klarna, PayPal, etc.), ownership is subject to their specific terms until your final payment is made.
